This book is a guide. ofcourse individual detoxification plan may have to be tweeked. But the work book helps as a guideline

Much required for today's era

I loved it. It's a concise must-read in today's era for the entire family. It is written and explained in a very simple manner on how to regain your quality life and shun uncessary stimulants that spoil your focus.

Short guide to stop procastination

Good read to remind ourselves of the different stimulations that distract us from the work that really matters. Tips provided to avoid distraction could be a starting point to self realise and reduce procastination.

Too long and nothing groundbreaking

It started off well, with a good description of the gravity of the issue. But, the methods provided to handle dopamine overstimulation are generalistic - identify overstimulants, introduce friction for things you want to leave and reduce friction for things you want to do. Start off the morning well with a low stimulus state. Useful, but not memorable.

Well again, that can be said about most of the self-help books.
