Teaches about much more than just peace!

Thich Nhat Hanh gently shows, how just by being mindful about everything in life, can make world around us peaceful.
There are multiple meditation techniques explained beautifully. Those are easy to implement as well.
It also teaches, how to avoid the damages done by anger.
InterBe is also an enlightening concept this book sheds light on.
This book touches life of the reader in a very positive way.
One of the best picks in the spirituality genre.

An eye opening listen

The way the author described about mindfulness is really amazing. After listening to the book surely feel that this meditation 🧘‍♂️ is the way forward and peace is in every step 🚶‍♀️.

Bring happiness in and around you.

Wow! that was so insightful. Every chapter brings out a true person in you. This book is for people who believe in bringing change and for those who want to gift happiness to the next generation.

The content of the book was engaging and so was the narration.

Suffering is inevitable and integral part of our life. So bringing peace to ourselves in a meaningful manner is essential. The book teaches us how to bring peace and happiness in our lives and in the lives of others.

Great journey with Thai Thich. Very insigjtful and does sow rhe seeds of internal transformation for a better life. Excellent soulful narration.Must listen.

Need of the hour

As the world gets more and more complicated, the need to be mindful had never been greater. Its time we educate ourselves and people around us to realise peace in every step. The book is practical and it talks about the job duality of things. It is very well written and very easy to read/hear.

Immersive learning experience of Mindfulness

The essence of f the book to me is ...Mindfulness experience through every step and action in life .
The illustrations with examples of everyday life experiences is quite good .
The poem ... "Call me by Name " reveals many facets of life in the world today.
