Dr. Bahiyya Baskerville is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Co-Founder of Wings of Guidance, Inc., a not for profit organization dedicated to helping individuals facing financial, educational, and/or housing barriers. Dr. Baskerville is passionate about racial disparities in the workplace and the impact it has on organizational culture. She believes firmly that these negative practices can be decreased or eliminated through leadership education and trainings that promote welcoming and inclusive environments. During her free time, Dr. Baskerville enjoys spending time with family and close friends whom she maintains close connections with.
