Barry Sullivan is the prime example of the American story. Barry was born November 14th, 1969 to a single teenage mother. Though his life seemed as though it was destined to be full of pain, Barry's mother Sandra wouldn't allow him to feel pity for himself. Though the young man was raised in the suburbs of Orlando, Fl, he became a local celebrity for his academic prowess. After scoring perfect on several standardized tests. Barry finally got the recognition he deserved in 6th grade when the decision was made to promote him to a high school freshman.
Though Barry was extremely excited about his newfound success, his mother made sure he focused on what was important right now which was finishing high school. Thanks to his mother's persistent guidance, Barry graduated from high school at the tender age of 15. The young man had scholarship offers from every college in America but he chose Harvard over all the others. After achieving a master's degree in just three years, the 18-year-old entrepreneur returned to his hometown with a bevy of investors and a solid business plan.
Barry realized the people in the inner city needed an affordable place to shop so he opened a chain of dollar stores. The stores created jobs which gave the people more money to spend on the merchandise. Barry's business plan seemed simple enough but it began to catch on. Suddenly, there were dollar stores opening all over the market. Since the area was one of poverty, the rent for the stores was always very reasonable and the option to save money generated a lot of new customers.
After building a billion dollar empire, Barry decided it was time to teach a few other young men the secret to his success. Barry was so sure of his strategy that he began to mentor to handful young men. He sold his company chain and went into a life of teaching.
After seven years of teaching from Barry Sullivan, he wrote the stories of his travels. After conquering every obstacle ever place before him, Barry decided he could teach the determination instilled in him by his mother to others. Barry published his first book and after that has not publishing his work since.
Fortunately, this extremely brilliant business tycoon is willing to grace the rest of us with his seemingly infinite wisdom.
