Commodore James was born in Frankfort, Indiana at an early age. He began studies in Communication at Lee University and completed the Master's program at Denver University. For several years he worked as a performer at Disneyland before being challenged by a friend to become a writer.
He enjoys running, having completed various marathons around the world including France and Norway.
