I am a retired geophysicist and educator who (for more than 20 years) has specialized in translating scientific material for the layperson. Since 2020, I have authored two "full-length" books: "Mind Openers 1.0: A Conceptual Review of Modern Physics" and "Mind Openers 2.0: A Conceptual Reinterpretation of Modern Physics", where I present some of the deepest concepts in physics in ways that facilitate understanding by the lay reader.
I've also published an essay on one of the most hotly debated issues of our moment, entitled "The Physics and Politics of Climate Change".
Continuing within the educational frame, I have published three illustrated children's books: "Lincoln Loves the Stars", "The Counting Game", and "Journey to a Black Hole", plus the teen novella "Sabrina Tackle's Climate Change."
