James White began his career in fitness training as an elite athlete. He has competed as a runner in both high school and college, martial arts and road bike races. His experience and passion for exercise fueled his desire to focus on the science of strength and conditioning. James spends his work life blending weekly workshops and lectures with full-time writing, and is also a religious studies instructor for New York College. Constantly trying to figure better ways to enhance ones body.
