Mattew J. Swing was born in 1978 in San Diego. Son of a US navy commander, he moved at the age of 12 to Milan, in lombardy, Italy, where his family had decided to move. From an early age, he became passionate about applied mathematics, he obtained a degree in economics, with a specialization in finance and statistics. In 2007, with his best friend, he founded a trading investment company with the aim of creating large capital and then teaching other people, in which he deals with trading consultancy at every level, from beginners to securities management funds.
Over the years he has also played the role of consultant for several banks in Milan where he worked on automatic trading programs HFT (high frequency trading).
"Trading for beginners" book series, is his first work, with which he wants to make his experience available to the beginners traders and sharing his knowledge with them.
Today he lives in Los Angeles with his wife and one child, is dedicated to fishing, his second great passion since he was a boy.
