Nelson Kingfisher is a Texas-based author who has worked as a church organist, a corporate fraud analyst, and a hockey game usher. He got beer spat in his face at one of those jobs, and it wasn’t the job you’d think.
His work has won the Thurber House Columbus Literary Award, and has been published in the magazines Big Pulp, Blue Lake Review, and Fiction on the Web. One of his stories was described as “a rollicking good yarn” by a guy he met once at Joe’s Crab Shack.
