Ricky Jones is the creator of Leaders that Follow, a lay Catholic apostolate that helps fellow Christians understand their mission as disciples so that they can become the faithful leaders they are called to be and boldly lead others into relationship with Jesus Christ. He is a convert to the Catholic Church and serves as a catechist and parish leader, putting on retreats, workshops, and other live events.
Ricky and his wife, Johana, are the founders of The ROCK Association, a non-profit which raises money to provide resources, training, and construction of buildings for the purposes of faith formation in Catholic diocese around the world. They live in Los Angeles, CA with their sons Joshua and Elijah.
