Ryan Paulson (1965-present) was born in Southern California, grew up in Juneau, Alaska, and returned to Los Angeles in 1985. For thirty years he had taken odd-jobs, until 2018 that is, when he decided to focus on becoming a famous best selling author. Ryan's first book, "How To Be A Badass In A Nutshell" did not win the Pulitzer Prize, the National Book Critics Circle Award, or the L.A. Times Book Award. In fact, he has not won any awards - yet.
