Tony was born in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, where he still lives today (never escaped!). His first novel, ‘That Bloody Book’, filled the void left by redundancy after a long career in the print industry. It was published in 2012, the realisation of a long-held ambition.
Tony's second novel ‘The Girl Downstairs’ was published in 2014 to more acclaim. A strange tale in an unorthodox style.
‘The Resurrection of Skinny Ted and the Brothel Creepers’ was unleashed in 2018. Musical musings aplenty and an abundance of humour and pathos.
‘The Black Swan Detective Agency’, an intriguing murder mystery with a difference, was published in 2022.
And 'Your Past Will Follow', a twisting tale of family and secrets, in 2025.
Tony has worked with Maybe Magazine, a lifestyle publication based in Buckinghamshire, assisting with journalism, media courses, proof reading and editing. He currently work in a Communications role for Talkback, a charity that supports people with a learning disability and/or autism.
Tony hosts a monthly Writers' Forum at Aylesbury Library and is Secretary of Chiltern Writers.
