The cast of characters gets an A+. Especially loved Lightsong and also Denth. The story is about avoiding war, so lot of politics and very less action which I seemed to really enjoy.

I barely could keep the book down in the latter half. I would highly recommend this.

A well made audio drama let down by its story

This is still a great audio drama, which didn't reach the same heights as Alien: Out of the Shadows.
The story being set in Acheron whose fate is known in Aliens, lead to it not having much surprises. And the lack of interesting characters like in Out of The Shadows was kinda disappointing.

One of the best audio dramatization I've listened

The voice acting and music/sound effects was just insanely good. Never expected a comic book to translate so well to an audio dramatisation. It is so damn good, except I wish they chose some other Sandman stories in place of Shakespeare, Thousand dreaming cats and a few other stories.

Also as someone who is new to Sandman, I didn't expect things to be this dark (Only some chapters). That isn't a negative, just an observation. Anyways I enjoyed the whole this very much.

Really well done audible original drama

This was one of the best audio dramatization I've ever listened to. I would have rated it differently if I had read the novel, but I think this being an audio dramatization made it much better for me. Finished this in two sittings and enjoyed every bit of it as a Alien/s fan.
Voice acting was top notch and the music/sound effects was really done well. Really felt claustrophobic and like I was one of the surviving member of Marion.

Also this book nicely crafts the story fitting it in a small time period in the 57 years between Alien and Aliens.

Where do I start? Everything about this book is insanely good. But let me talk about the things I loved.
Dialog between the characters, the moral greyness among the characters (You keep thinking a character is good, before your opinion change in the very next chapter) and the voice acting by Stephen Pacey. So sublime.

Anyways the thought of waiting for an year for the sequel makes me kinda sad. But thankfully it is only a year, not more.
