Not the book you expect .It doesn't delve into how to find your Ikigai. Dissapointed. It is not that the things professed are not relevant but this is a book about Ikigai and not exercise or anti fragility .

What an amazingly exhilarating story !

There is a neutrality to the narrative which gives you a feeling of being a fly in the wall watching the story of Amazon unfold. Loved it.

I like Simon Sinek but this is what's on YouTube !

So nothing wrong with the book excepting the fact that he is a better speaker than a writer. The book is exactly what is there on YouTube and less impactful. I was hoping for better deeper research , new stories and some more insights into why the why inspires. So if you haven't seen him on YouTube you will probably like it .

Wonderfully weaves many seemily unconnected facts to explain a tragedy and demonstrate our human fallibilities.
