One of the most interesting autobiography i have read in recent times. Its honest and touching. The presentation is also great. A highly recommended book for anyone who uses a computer on a daily basis.

This is a great book. Helps give you a deeper insight into the human body functioning and behaviour. Has practical exercises for Meditation techniques. Has many suggestion for Ayurvedic treatment of simple body ailments.
