I loved listening to the audio book. Dr. Rangan's voice is calm and soothing . ( sometimes I did fall asleep listening ) the tips are practical and do-able. I listened to the whole audiobook for the second time - over two weeks during my morning walks. I have started implementing some of the tips and I feel more energetic and enthusiastic.

I loved listening to the story that highlights the dysfunctions in a team and shows us how the leader handles the team. The story part was very interesting that I listened to it non stop. valuable insights on teamwork and leadership.
