A virus has wiped out the entire world’s population. Two survivors in Delhi - a boy named Amartya and a girl named Erika - are left to fend for themselves. When they first meet, it seems like this love was meant to be. However, there’s more to their chance encounter than meets the eye. They are both hiding secrets, and one of these secrets might be too much for this relationship to bear. Their survival may hold the key to the future of humanity, but what does their own future hold?

What an experience! At first it was difficult to concentrate while listening, I thought I was better in reading than hearing a story. But after listening it for an hour it feels addictive. The book is wonderfully written. It’s emotional power once again demonstrates Durjoy’s extraordinary gifts. The book is tremendously assured, moving from depictions of violence and crime to deep tenderness. The shadi sequence was my favourite though. Highly recommended guys!
