Heartfulness is an ideal, a spiritual way of living by and from the heart that is inclusive of all ideologies, beliefs and religions. In this heart-centered book, a student in conversation with his teacher, Kamlesh D. Patel - affectionately known as Daaji, the fourth and current spiritual guide of the century-old Heartfulness tradition - presents a unique method of meditation with the power to facilitate an immediate, tangible spiritual experience, irrespective of a person’s faith.

This book leads you to the majestic depth of your heart, where you unveil the secrets of your own Self. Joshua narrates very beautifully this book with his soothing voice, which he wrote himself with Shri Kamlesh Patel (Daaji, the president of Heartfulness Institute.
This book is strongly recommended to all those, who are searching for an authentic way of meditation and have strong logical questions on the path of Spiritual journey. Interestingly, it is equally recommended to all those who are practising Heartfulness or any other meditation practice as it unfolds many secrets which you can relate to and can apply directly to accelerate your Spiritual progress. Thanks to Joshua and Daaji, for making the understanding crystal clear of Spiritual journey of an aspirant through this book, for which there is so much of noise around.
