- An Easy and Proven Way to Build Good Habits and Break Bad Ones
- Written by: James Clear
- Narrated by: James Clear
- Length: 5 hrs and 35 mins
Random House presents the audiobook edition of Atomic Habits by James Clear, read by the author. A revolutionary system to get 1 percent better every day. People think when you want to change your life, you need to think big. But world-renowned habits expert James Clear has discovered another way. He knows that real change comes from the compound effect of hundreds of small decisions - doing two push-ups a day, waking up five minutes early or holding a single short phone call. He calls them atomic habits.

my chance to excellence just got reinstated!
Atomic Habits just opened my eyes to break the conditioning I have unconsciously built over my life so far. The author most clearly describes effective, easy and attractive ways to consciously build better habits continuously while also convincing the doable actions to get out of bad ones, unhealthy addiction for example.
it's very convenient for me as a listener to access the downloadable materials - templates, cheatsheets, contracts, trackers, and others. this is very good as I'm only listening to the audio book.
I'm going to put this book on loop until I arrive at some solid changes suitable for improving based on my nature, goals, strengths and environment.
I'm gonna order a few copies and gift them to my friends, family and colleagues thereby giving them an opportunity to experience the heightened confidence I regained just now.
thank you very much for sharing your wisdom and light with the world.
- Written by: Devdutt Pattanaik
- Narrated by: Vivek Madan
- Length: 6 hrs and 15 mins
In My Gita, acclaimed mythologist Devdutt Pattanaik demystifies The Bhagavad Gita for the contemporary reader. His unique approach - thematic rather than verse by verse - makes the ancient treatise eminently accessible. In a world that seems spellbound by argument over dialogue, vi-vaad over sam-vaad, Devdutt highlights how Krishna nudges Arjuna to understand rather than judge his relationships.

Guide to understanding life and death
This book came to me when I lost my mother. The spiritual wisdom shared about life and death has helped understand and accept the realities of life beyond physical, psychological and intellectual bounds.
Thank you for sharing your light with us, sir. 🙏
