Wow what a book ! So well narrated by Michelle herself. This book shows that how tough people just keep doing more and more in the right direction no matter where they come from. A definate note about optimism and to hope for magic like children because it will happen and we will make it happen. What a deep dive into the personal lives of the couple. This book is definitely meant to inspire ♥️
loved each and every part of the book. Thanks for publishing this.

After doing a 900hour course on classic yoga, heard this but book. absolutely Stunned by the way that sadguru answers all question on life and even beyond, What's the purpose of life?
What is end goal of humans
What is yoga
what are the sheats within the estoric human body.
does re-birth happen
and so many more answered by Sadguru.
It answers human questions at various levels.
Wow such a profound and deep book.
Absolutely love sadguru, also Cheryl's work and her questions to him are so relatable. This book is a gem.

To be honest at the start I felt her 5secomd rule was good, why did I have to get into coaching sessions.
I stayed patient and wow did it pay to stay.
Mel's coaching her clients and then giving us lessons out of that is just a wonderful experience. The scenarios that her client goes through I go through them everyday. She unlocked a lot of fear based patterns that I have decided to work on.
it's beautiful work to know how fear manifests in the body and to start self work.

I use this as a practice in my life.
This is a great tool that I always wanted.
I listen to it anytime anywhere ,sometimes use it for my meditation, sometimes I use it for my affirmation practice or before sleep.
Louise hays voice is so loving. She was a blessing . Her voice still lives through this radiating positivity .
Amazing books covering affirmations from all parts of my day and life .

Loved it . Mel is a mentor, she has well researched her content in the book.
She compells you to move with her stories and the stories of millions she has impacted to move.
She's kept it simple and thats what sticks ! that's what we need , simple repeatations.
She has given us the tool and explains beautifully how this works.
This book will give you courage to act and be in the momement.
if you have been in fear, procastinating then this is the book for us.
listening to it again.

This book read by Brene Brown herself is absolutely fantastic and an absolute guide to being vulnerable in almost all situations !
I wish all audiobooks could be read in such an interactive manner.
How to deal with shame , how not to be inflated or deflated in such a scenario , Brene shares her own personal explamples in this one. How she has made me aware of my own situations in dealing with Shame is phenomenal.
