In Real Women, Real Leadership, 24 women leaders describe their personal journeys to the top, providing deep insight and a fascinating perspective on "making it" as a woman in the male-dominated business environment. They discuss their experiences and offer guidance on topics such as balancing family and career, building alliances, mentoring and being mentored, and overcoming obstacles in the business world, which is still dominated by men in the senior levels of management.

I appreciate the narrator and author but it's all about normal day to day people who reach at good position by working hard. I personally didn't find very inspiring.

Jack Valentine seemed to have it all. He made good money as an ad man and looked good doing it. He had a hot apartment, cool friends, even a slick car - at least until the hectic Monday morning a truck smashed into it, sending the critically injured Jack to the hospital. Everything happens for a reason, though, and Jack’s reason reveals itself in the silver-haired cancer patient who becomes his roommate one evening. The elderly man, Cal, shares his life story - one not dissimilar to Jack’s - of material wealth masking a gaping hole within.

I am just on the fourth chapter while writing this review, and I am not able to move forward without appreciating - Grant. His energy is contagious, he has put his life while narrating this story. Kudos. Now to Robin, you know you always touch everyone's heart. Keep the good work coming. Hope to become like you and learn from not your imagination but from you both. Love you form India by Shreya

Efforts of any narrators is commendable, but the content is always the king.

In the whole book, I only liked the idea of one -thing -at -a-time, and everyone knows it is widely known. Apart from this book has nothing to serve if you are a fast mover.

Good for Students not for entrepreneur and business man.
