My first ever George Orwell. And I feel victorious for having started his works with this book. He is brutally honest about his descriptions of a poverty stricken life. Brilliant!

This is my first Daphne Du Maurier reads. And I have loved it so deeply :) Beautiful story, character development and the plot twist. Power packed!
