Amazing book, it's dives into the secrets of centenarians for living a long and happy life. It goes through philosophy, diet, work ethic, behaviors and believes that shapes people to live a happier and more meaningful life which ultimately may contribute in living a life longer and how important it is for someone to find their Ikigai in their lives. A good book.

The narrator Naoko Mori's voice was beautiful which does contribute in making the listening experience of the book more delightful.
