It's a different and positive perspective of looking at politics and behaviour but naturally a person's political agenda has vested interests and does not align with growth of the company the very reason it's called politics. In that case this would prove to be disastrous and negative catalyst.... lisosomic in a sence..

some chapters have contradictions
chanakya said as also a verse of Gita 'विवेकहीन गुरु त्यज्य होने चाहिये' and विवेक means wisdom not knowledge... again compromise as suggested in the book is a loss loss proposition and shall never be an option even in family per chanakya... well altogether these are my perceptions of other reads about chanakya..
