I kept loosing focus while listening to this book. Some of the advices brongs in positive energy. Some chapters a too long with probably out dated examples.

The book could have been much shorter, more relevant & more value for money. (The audio books version costly compared to the printed version)

The first half of the book is too elaborate. It could have been more precise. Last two chapters contains a lot of disruptive facts which can enlighten one.
