The best book on Personal Transformation I ever listened or read.

The coaching of the 6 people was fantastic it gave more clarity and understanding. I can actually relate many of the lessons about silencing fear in my own life.

I am really transformed after listening to the book.

ikigai is wonderful book which explains all about healthy living. lessons from centenarians of Okinawa are very inspiring.

ideas like, to lead a stress free life and to take care the body with proper diet are very useful.

it's good book and must read one who's searching for purpose of life.
