Our brains do their best to help us out, but every so often they can be real assholes - having meltdowns, getting addicted to things, or shutting down completely at the worst possible moments. Your brain knows it's not good to do these things, but it can't help it sometimes - especially if it's obsessing about trauma it can't overcome. That's where this life-changing book comes in. With humor, patience, science, and lots of good-ole swearing, Dr. Faith explains what's going on in your skull, and talks you through the process of retraining your brain to respond appropriately....

A renaissance man, Zack conjures up brilliant ideas (soap on a rope, a Sammy Davis, Jr. biopic starring Tom Cruise, vases of flowers in Port-a-Potties nationwide), offers services (babysitter for Sophia Coppola, compiler and burner for a Beatles Best-of), and attempts to woo unsuspecting ladies with his lifelike sketches of firearms.

Loved the way the narrator has got out the real sense of each letter. Intersting manner in which he makes you feel that listener is virtually present at the time when letters are Being written down in front of your eyes.
The author really has strong as even after getting into trouble the life and writing to the famous brands with the zeal to help them in the most innovative way which can never come across to anyone's mind..

The very first book which I read in a Podcast /Audiobook and discussion. I listened to this book mostly on my way to work and back. I got so much agitated in instances where I forgot my car parking and overshot. I totally got so ingrosed that I rewind and rewind multiple time to juice the book out. I am going to have a war with my self now.
