Grow your life expectancy in simple routine. 10 principal of life that needs to be followed. Listing some of them.
1) Live in the moment.
2) Eat only till you are 80% full.
3) Body needs maintenance so exercise
4) Find the ikigai or purpose of your life. If you don't know it then your mission is to find it.
5) Eat healthy, Live fully
6) Don't be fragile
