i could not understand most of what jerry cruncher spoke. the accent, though I'm not sure of its authenticity, was very garbled and hard to understand.

it is slow, meanders, heaps onto you a slew of characters you couldn't care less about and the twist is quite underwhelming, if you have read stieg Larsson. maybe audio isn't the right format for such a detailed book.

what a story! What narration. I finished it in two days. Just keep going despite not being able to make sense of things in the beginning. And trust me, even though things start to become clearer towards the middle, you still have a storm coming. The audiobook does absolute justice to the atmosphere of this book. Splendid work!

it took the idea of a writer's block and explored so many themes. i did find myself not caring about the characters at times, but the ending tied up very nicely. I found myself tearing up towards the end and feeling what our protagonists were feeling. A very good read.

Special Credit to the performances.

read it with caution. It has a number of triggers and is sure to leave you heartbroken, yet fulfilled, if that makes any sense.

there are parts in the audio that are not in continuity. sentences have been cut out. The narrator is good, but his English pronunciation is flawed at times. however, if you wish to apprise yourself of the correct pronunciation of Tamil words, this audiobook would be ideal. I enjoyed the narrator's modulation and narration, in general.

This was a good read.

the story and the complexities of British idioms and phrases made me really sit up and listen carefully. The story is interesting and the writing is brilliant. I will have to read it again to gauge the complete brilliance of this work.
