this book was a good read. My friend recommended it and I loved this one.

the knowledge shared is common but the stories and anecdotes make it more impactful.

Eat less than you actually want to.
stay active
follow your passion and don't retire.
don't be in a hurry
have a good social contact.
Find your Ikigai : When you do something consistently and lose track of your time, that's your passion/Ikigai. Keep exploring and looking for your Ikigai unless you find it.
