The book covers a lot of small topics like meditation, mindfulness, fulfilment and mastery. I am sure most of us have heard or read about these topics but I would still recommend the book as a compact guide. It explains everything in a simple manner. One benefit of having the author as the speaker is that he brings out the exact intention of the book. Kudos.

I enjoyed listening to the insights into mind and beliefs of the greatest kingmaker of India and arguably the world. Lots of practical tips on a variety of topic. There are some audio issue starting from chapter 8 till the last chapter. E.x 16 min into chapter 8 the words start repeating and/or some of them get cut.

A well balanced account of Colonial India in words of an Indian; it makes me sad to listen to all these details. One of the few occasions when I felt that learning history can be so stimulating.

For me the first chapter was not that impressive and it felt like a collection of weird phenomenon but I listened for a bit more and the more I listened the more I understood the structure of the book. It takes you from how you behave at the beginning of a task to the end and later talks about group work, all of which can be instantly applied to ones life. If nothing else, it gives you a bit of self realisation.

More of a self hypnosis guide. Not exactly what I want or need. But the speakers have put a lot of effort into it and their vision is good.

Enjoyed listening to it. Well structured. There was a lot of talk about food. Could have given the recipes in a pdf.
