living in the 21st century, it's difficult to imagine the characters in a strong patriarchal society but Margaret Attwood does a great job of showing how much worse life could be for a woman. the book talks about a future where women have one job of reproducing and saving the world while men rule over them.
The narrator doesn't do complete justice to her role. She goes to complete whispers and then starts talking loudly making me adjust the volume at times. inspite of that, it's a good listen.

Never thought a book could make me feel so many things at once. A Little Life starts of slow with a story about 4 friends and goes on to focus on one of them. The details, the characters, the warmth, the feelings - everything is amazingly portrayed. It's gut wrnechingly painful and amazingly emotional. The narrator does an excellent job at conveying the feelings through his voice.
Hanya Yanagihara has showed how influencing childhood memories can be on an adult life. Must read for everyone

I couldn't put it down. I binged on it every moment. While some parts were predictable and the climax not so grand, the story and the narration left me wanting to hear more.
Tim does a fantastic job as in the first 2 books.

Loved the book!
You will take time to get used to the narration but once you do, Tim takes it to the next level.
Although the premise is simple where the oppressed strike back, the way the story plays out is extremely engaging.
