the narrator breaks down science into English language , easy for the listener to understand complex events and history , enabling the visualisation of the dinosaurs described and making it an interesting story . definitely not complex of boring , would listen to more from this author and narrator .

this book helps to learn more about sleep beyond the myths . I recommend this book to everyone , more so to the people who suffer some form of sleep disturbance to learn how to deal with it . the narration put me to sleep sometimes and so did the book . this is a compliment to the author and the narrator . knock yourselves out with this book .
