You will lose sleep after listening to this.

I feel that narrator is playing a prank.

"Relax, relaxing, relaxation" has been used 2-3 times per sentence. "feel, feeling" has been used almost every other sentence. You realize it almost within first 30 seconds and after that you are either counting or anticipating narrator say "feeling or relaxation". Struggled to finish it, tried skipping a few mins a couple of times, again more "relaxing, feeling". Gave up after that.

If you are feeling sleepy and want to become attentive, this is the right audio to listen to. Enjoy!

Just Relaxative

I felt like I am completely relaxed. Good Book to make you completely void of your problemos.
