Surreal Moment of My TIME & LIFE

Most Memorable 30 Minutes= 3 Hours...... If You be Mindful -n- Being Aware & self conscious in PRESENT MOMENT..... You'll see the 30 Minutes looks like 3 Hours which is Surreal Experience.

Good for sleep

My experience was good overall. I tried listening to it and sleep 3-4 times. I was successful most of the time except 1 day. Which is good enough for me.
