This is an informative book. I don’t know if it’s applicable to all ASD cases.

Great for introduction into the ASD world
As the mother of a child who was recently diagnosed with ASD, I felt lost and alone and didn’t know where to turn. I joined an autism support group on Facebook and came to Audible and downloaded a bunch of books. This one is, by far, my favorite. It answered all my questions and provided great tips for me to use in my daily life as well as in the future. I recommend this book for all parents who are struggling to understand how to best help their child with ASD. Good luck to you all! <3

Outdated/ don’t waste your time
Outdated book, some ableist language. Definitely not written by an autistic person. Some beliefs harmful to the autistic community.

Narrator sounds like a robot
Struggled to listen to the robotic voice of the narrator. Disappointing as I was looking forward to this book!
