ある日、啓造の長男・秀雄のスマホに警告が入る。啓造の容態が急変したというリタからの報せだった。果たして、秀雄が自宅に駆けつけると啓造はベッドで死亡、傍らにはリタがいるのみだった。
啓造の死は事件性ありと判断され、臨場したのは警視庁捜査一課・犬養隼人。状況を確認した犬養は、〈Ｎ365〉のある機能が、啓造の死を引き起こした可能性に思い至る。
