The fourth wall
The trouble with the book is the regular and excessive breaking of the fourth wall. After a point it becomes annoying. I listened to it at 1.5x speed to finish the book. The plot and the premise is good. Brandon Sanderson is not inventing the wheel here but the story moves along at a good pace.
I wish he had taken fewer detours from the main story. The dramatisation is really good. That was the main reason why I stayed with the book till the end.
