昔の歌舞伎には身分が六段階あったそうです。現在は名題か名題下の二階級。天明の頃、市村座の暮れの狂言に忠臣蔵が演物と決まりましたが、役者が足りず判官役が居ない。そこで相中格の淀五郎を名題に昇格をさせて振り当てましたが、大星由良之助を務めるのは座頭の市川団蔵。四段目の判官切腹の場は判官と由良之助の腹芸が見せ場。初日の幕が開いたが、淀五郎の判官が気に入らないのか芸に厳しい団蔵は花道に座ったまま。さて淀五郎は・・。一龍齋貞心:昭和17年8月生。昭和32年3月 映画「異母兄弟」に次男剛次郎役で出演。その後、テレビ、ラジオ、舞台などに多数出演。昭和45年2月 六代目一龍齋貞丈師に師事。貞司を名乗る。昭和55年4月 真打に昇進。貞心と改め現在に至る。(C)2011 WING ENTERPRISE
