初代将軍徳川家康公から三代将軍家光公まで徳川家に長く仕えていた大久保彦左衛門のお話。横紙破りの頑固爺として諸大名から煙たがれている貧乏旗本だったが、徳川家への忠臣は誠に厚く、家康から「我がまま御免」を許されたという痛快な人物。その彦左衛門と、ひょんなことから出会った太助は、破格の出世で足軽にとりたてられ彦左衛門の屋敷内で奉公をしていた。ある日、行儀見習いのお仲が、大久保家の家宝「楓の皿」を割ってしまう。この皿を割ったものは、たとえ粗相であっても手打ちにされるということを知った太助は、お仲を救うため、皿をみんな粉みじんにしてしまう…命がけで娘を救う太助の痛快な物語。一龍斎貞寿:昭和48年2月生。平成14年一龍斎貞心に師事。その後、舞台、イベントなどに多数出演。平成20年10月 二ツ目に昇進。平成21年より「講談紙芝居」の口演を開始。(C)2011 WING ENTERPRISE
