なんとそこにはおかっぱ頭の少女の顔が浮かび上がっていた。動揺する順子さんをよそに頭の中には「アユミが来たよ」という声が響き、写真のようなイメージがはっきりと見えた。白いセーターを着た二人の十代の男の子たちと、間に挟まって嬉しそうな笑顔の女の子。
夢とも思われないその出来事を母に打ち明けると、どうやら叔母に関係があると分かるのだが...。
