For Audrey Hepburn enthusiasts
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
This book is for people like me who love Audrey Hepburn and are dedicated to watching and/or listening to everything she has ever done. I can't imagine why anyone else would even know about this. If that's not you, you would be much better served to just go watch one of her movies like Roman Holiday, Funny Face, or Breakfast at Tiffany's.
What does Audrey Hepburn bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Without Audrey Hepburn this would just be a few classic fairy tales with nice music in the background. Audrey Hepburn brings the stories to life with her sweet voice.

Audrey Hepburn's final performance is her finest.
I was 5 when Audrey Hepburn died, and I didn't get to hear her read this until I was an adult, but I find myself just as enchanted by her telling of these tales now as I would have been as a child. When I have trouble sleeping, I put this on and her voice always calms me, which does the trick and sometimes I even dream the stories. That's how talented Audrey was; she could make them real.
