We feel like we see him just about everywhere around here, so it's a pleasure finally getting to chat with him and hear his story. He really is a piece of the Texas Music Lifestyle around here.

My newest album Stone Cold Country Gold just dropped over the weekend and I'm fixing' to fly off to Brazil for a music festival with Jesse Daniel here soon, so Eric will have to find a new co-host for a couple of weeks. But I'll be back to do some more old man bitchin' before you miss me too much.

Happy Cinco de Mayo, everybody! It's your host Weldon Henson celebrating with my buddy Eric Sims. We whipped up some margaritas and got us some chips and salsa for this episode to really get in the spirit.

I'd say this episode is probably 80% about Mexican food restaurants, which as we have found out, is a pretty passionate topic for the both of us.
