About this listen
Welcome back to the Green Butterfly Effect Podcast 🤍
In this episode, I’m joined by Sadie Sutton, the host of She Persisted, for a really meaningful conversation about mental health, healing, and what actually works. Sadie opens up about her journey of entering intensive treatment for severe depression and anxiety at just 14 years old, and how those experiences completely changed her understanding of healing. While still in treatment, she started She Persisted to help bridge the gap between evidence-based psychology and what Gen - Z actually has access to. Now a University of Pennsylvania graduate, depression researcher, and future psychologist, Sadie is passionate about turning awareness into action and bringing real, science-backed tools into everyday life. This conversation is a reminder that healing isn’t instant it’s ongoing.
I’m so grateful to have Sadie on the podcast. I hope this episode resonates with you as much as it did with me 🦋
