Conservative attorney Vlad Gagic tells how he ran into stonewalling from RINO Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell when a woman recanted her story that his client, a young black man, had engaged in improper sexual behavior when she was a minor. Unable to get justice from prosecutors, he went to X to expose the story. He was silenced with a restraining order, had his law license suspended for a year, and is now facing criminal charges. I believe this violates the state's anti-SLAPP law, which bans legal action conducted in order to suppress free speech.
