About this listen
Originally: Consciousness Prints Podcast Episode 8 - Old-Order Mennonites, Disabilities, School Flaws, Gen Z Looksmaxxing
Jonathan's cousin Jeremy Martin, a native of Elmira, Woolwich, Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada - home of the Elmira Maple Syrup Festival (2025 Festival is Saturday, April 5!), talks about his unique experience of growing up at an elementary school where half his class was Old-Order Mennonites, in addition to growing up with disabilities.
They also discuss flaws and bad experiences they had in the education system, the concept of "looksmaxxing" which is a word to describe the vanity of the generation that grew up with social media, Gen Z, and issues in dating culture in today's world. They conclude by advocating for peace between genders and between generations.
