About this listen
When my grandmother passed away 20 days ago, I learned one of the most valuable lessons about life, faith, and what truly matters. As we emptied her house and donated truckloads of stuff, I realized that everything we spend our lives chasing — money, success, possessions — is temporary. Ecclesiastes 12:13 says, “Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind.” At the end of the day, everything is meaningless without God. The only things that last are your relationship with Jesus and the love you show others. In this episode I talk about loss, legacy, heaven, materialism, minimalism, eternity, purpose, relationships, and faith in Jesus. If you’re tired of chasing things that don’t last and want to live for what truly matters, this message will remind you to love God, love people, and live with eternal purpose.
