Mara Heichman began working as an Aging Life Care Manager in 2017, drawing on her extensive clinical background as an Occupational Therapist across Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Home Health settings. She holds a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, a powerful combination that allows her to support older adults and their families with both compassion and strategic insight. Mara is known for her highly personalized approach, helping families navigate times of transition, change, and uncertainty with clarity and confidence.

Her favorite part of care management is building meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their loved ones.
