We are joined by Sorcha Derkx-Mullan, Head of Change at Hymans Robertson to discuss her experiences and insights to successfully lead change in an organisation with agility and purpose.
Our Speaker:
Sorcha has over 15 years’ experience in transformation and change consulting across manufacturing, transport and service sectors. She has delivered measurable commercial results for clients and colleagues by improving processes and ways of working. She currently leads the change management team at Hymans Robertson LLP. Her focus is on delivering strategic, firmwide initiatives and supporting people through change. Sorcha works to bring colleagues on the journey, ensuring new processes, systems and collaborative approaches land successfully.
Earlier in her career, Sorcha worked internationally in lean and continuous improvement roles, including time in Singapore with Dyson. She is passionate about diversity of thinking and has championed returnship programmes to help people re-enter the workplace.
