She is the founder of The KLEE Brand, a consulting firm that empowers entrepreneurs and business owners with strategic support in Franchising, HR, Operations, and Real Estate. Kenisha’s career began with Subway, where she advanced from store manager to leadership roles including Training Manager, HR Director, and Director of Leasing & Development. Her work included franchise sales, site selection, lease negotiations, operations, and developing systems still used today. Her unique experience gave her an inside look at what it takes to grow a franchise from both the corporate and ownership sides. In addition to operating a Subway location, Kenisha consults businesses of all sizes, helping them design efficient operations, create scalable structures, and expand strategically. She also supports business owners with their real estate needs, helping them acquire the spaces they need to succeed.
